The other day I applied for Georgia Perimeter College, finally. I graduated in ’07, so its about time I goto school. Wed I didn’t make it to the Dunwoody location to check it out, but I will go next week. Thursday I got my transcript from HHS, went to the health office to get my shot records and this paper signed. When I got there the lady didn’t see the part of the paper where I had already had the chicken pox so she said I needed the shot. If you know me, I don’t do shots so I was pissed and annoyed. After that I went to dropped my transcript off and try to talk to the finance people. Since I didn’t turn in it my shot records, they couldn’t fully process my application and find out what I can or can’t get.
Today I went back to the Health Department and talked to the lady again, showed her on the paper where I already had chicken pox and after about 20 minutes of waiting for her to figure something out she finally signed the paper and I went and turned that in. Tuesday I am going to take the placement test to find out how dumb I am then they can get the ball rolling, ect. I haven’t done anything school related in 3 years, so I am going to try the practice test and see how that goes. I heard the real thing is cake though. Wish me luck.
I was talking to Michelle earlier today and she linked me to this:
